The Accounting Department is a vital part of our company and our clients' business operations. Our accounting staff has over 60 years of accounting experience. We use CALIBER, a customized program for homeowner associations, which produces easy to read and understand financial statements. A copy of an actual financial statement can be presented during the interview process.
The Accounting Department performs collection functions for non-payment of assessment along with escrow services for sales and refinance.
