About Bay Area Property Services

Bay Area Property Services was founded by Michael Dellinger in 1999 to professionally manage and service communities in the Bay Area of Northern California. Mr. Dellinger worked in the common interest management industry for 9 years before founding Bay Area Property Services. The company's mission is to provide excellent customer service without losing the personal touch that makes managing communities more enjoyable for both the customer and company staff. The company's corporate office is located in the beautiful city of Walnut Creek; however, their client base extends throughout the greater Bay Area with an additional office in San Francisco.

Education, for both managers and boards of directors, is very important at Bay Area Property Services, which is why all senior level managers are Certified Community Association Managers with the California Association of Community Managers (CACM). In addition, the company holds 2 to 3 seminars in the summer months for their boards of directors where they hear experts speak on a variety of issues, such as legal updates, roof repairs, landscape, insurance, tree work, budget preparation, and fiduciary duty. Bay Area Property Services is also a member of the Executive Council of Homeowner Associations (ECHO), which mainly serves as an educational organization for boards of directors, managers, and vendors.
