The Accounting Department is a vital part of our company and our client's business operations. Our accounting staff has over 60 years of accounting experience. We use JENARK, a customized program for homeowner associations, which produces "easy to read and understand" financial statements. A copy of an actual financial statement can be presented during the interview process.

The Accounting Department also performs collection functions for non-payment of dues, plus escrow services for sales and refinance.
