Bay Area Property Services manages communities with experienced certified community managers, innovated ideas, technology and specialized software (JENARK), and superior customer service.
Though the company was founded by Michael Dellinger, who has managed community associations since 1991, it is the dedicated staff that defines the company. The staff is highly trained and devoted to serving the communities they manage. They show amazing teamwork and love their job. This results in a low turnover rate for the staff, which then translates to a low turnover rate for clients as well.
Bay Area Property Services (BAPS) specializes in full service community association management only and handles communities as large as 318 units and as small as 8, each receiving the same extraordinary customer service provided by our team. With the motto “Get it Done!”, customer service, follow through, and teamwork is what separates us from other management companies in the Bay Area.
Our mission is to preserve and enhance the property values by developing curb-appeal projects, following reserve studies, directing preventative maintenance programs, and enforcing the governing documents. All BAPS managers are Certified Community Association Managers (CCAM) from the California Association of Community Managers (CACM). Our staff combined has over 160 years of management experience so you are in good hands here at Bay Area Property Services!
