Bay Area Property Services (BAPS) specializes in full service community association management only and handles communities as large as 800 units and as small as 4, each receiving the same extraordinary customer service provided by our team. With the motto "We Get it Done!", our customer service, follow through, and teamwork is what separates us from other management companies in the Bay Area.
BAPS manages communities with experienced staff, innovative ideas, technology with specialized software (CALIBER), and superior customer service.
Though the company was founded by Michael (Dellinger) Porter, who has managed community associations since 1991, it is the dedicated staff that defines the company. The staff is highly trained and devoted to serving the communities we manage. All BAPS managers are Certified Community Association Managers (CCAM) from the California Association of Community Managers (CACM). Our staff combined has over 160 collective years of management experience so you are in good hands here at BAPS!
OUR MISSION STATEMENT
To preserve and enhance the property values by developing curb-appeal projects, directing preventative maintenance programs, following the reserve study, and enforcing the governing documents, which in turn creates a positive Homeowner/HOA experience.
